REPETTO — IN BLOOM with KAIA GERBER

In Bloom is an artistic project initiated by Kaia Gerber, born from her desire to fully immerse herself in the world of dance and to explore the language of movement, the heart of Repetto’s DNA. Conceived from the beginning as a creative and artistic collaboration, this project took shape over several months through a dynamic of experimentation, dialogue, and shared exploration.

Guided by choreographer Fanny Sage, Kaia is commited for several months of training between Paris, New York and London, developing an intimate and inhabited gestural language. Movement is central in Repetto’s heritage and becomes here a tool of expression and revelation.

Written & Directed by Neels Castillon, the film is inspired by Pina Bausch’s universe, where the body becomes voice and movement becomes language. Shot on 16mm, it captures Kaia alone in the studio, embodying a figure in constant metamorphosis, guided by an invisible impulse : gradually, what was once restrained is released, leading to an emergence — in bloom.

More than a campaign, In Bloom is an unprecedented collaboration, revealing both the singularity of Kaia Gerber’s and Repetto’s ability to reinvent its own codes.
